A little bit about Me…
I am married, and the Mother of Twins aged 20. I Live in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire and I have been a registered childminder for over 20 years.
As part of my experience with Children, I have also helped run a mother and toddler club, as well as being a voluntary teaching assistant in my children’s school.
I am proud to have recently achieved the following Prestige awards:-
I have gained the “HERTFORDSHIRE QUALITY STANDARDS” Blue Balloon award.
I have also achieved a grade of “OUTSTANDING” in all 5 categories of my current Oftsed inspection.
I understand the need for constant, loving, and reliable care for each and every child, enabling the parents to juggle the roles of parent and wage earner.
I understand the dilemma and concerns of finding the right person to care for your child/children. I will work with you to ensure that I provide the most stable and loving environment for your child, whilst you are working.
I will provide a happy, loving, and stimulating environment for each individual Child, giving emphasis on good social skills. I value good manners and I will encourage an atmosphere of caring and sharing with others.
I acknowledge that every child has their own special and unique qualities. I will endeavour to make them feel good about themselves, enabling each child to develop and nurture their confidence and personalities. I aim to run activities that stimulate and encourage the Childs personality through fun and play.
Each Child will feel special and loved, and will receive lots of kisses and cuddles in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. I will work with the parents to help the child fulfil his/her full potential.
My portfolio of references will highlight how my other parents have left their Children in my care, going to work with total confidence.
